System Implementation Solution

Raydana’s methodology for Cyber ERP system implementation is derived from AIM methodology of Oracle Company. This method has been reviewed by Raydana engineering team, and it has been specialized based on Iranian companies and organizations’ requirements and their previous experience.

The most significant usages of this methodology are as follows:

  • Speeding up the implementation of the project in order to decrease the risks resulting from long system implementation
  • Propagation of project implementation effectiveness in all time periods instead of not having effectiveness for a long time and imposing sudden changes in the end
  • Prioritization of the processes which have higher effectiveness in the organization
  • Complete coverage of the employer’s requirements (system adaptation with the requirements)
  • Elimination of the problems and shortcomings of the organization in the work fields under the system coverage
  • Optimization and simplification of the processes and routines of the organization at the end of the project
  • Reduction of project risks (prevention from unplanned developments and changes in the software)
  • Reduction of inner-organization resistance through constructive relations and interactions among different units with the project execution team
  • Notice to the quality of consulting and training services

Raydana Co.’s methodology for this purpose and implementation of Cyber ERP system in organization includes the following stages:

Moreover, Raydana has used ITIL framework to improve the services provided to various organizations and has edited the required processes to install Cyber ERP system completely. ITIL is a series of managers’ Best Practices in IT services management which both small and large organizations, whether governmental or private, can benefit from to have optimal, principled, and correct management. ITIL framework has provided a series of Design Pattern so as to organize and manage all the activities relevant to IT department of the organization; with their accurate implementation, training, and execution, IT-centered organizations can reach their desired outcome with proper service provision and low cost and less waste of time. This is how they can increase their customers’ satisfaction.

The most important advantages gained from ITIL are as follows:

  • Aligning services with the current and future business and customers’ requirements
  • Improving service quality
  • Improving resources efficiency and productivity
  • Decreasing logistics cost in long term
  • Determining service level available for the customer (SLA) and reaching an agreement in this regard
  • Reducing the risk of encountering the unpredicted requirements
  • Decreasing the costs related to the bugs and customers’ problems
  • Managing the knowledge related to the old and new projects (experts using them to increase the operation pace)
  • Creating integrity in all implementation phases of a project for a customer
  • Improving and dealing with the customers’ requests and reducing the life cycle of their solutions
  • Differentiating implementation, training, and supporting roles and taking their responsibility from the product managers
  • Optimizing capacity (quality and quantity) with the purpose of signing a contract with new customers
  • Improving the processes related to information security

Cooperation in installation

Using information-gathering standard forms and holding system execution workshops as a sample for the key users, Raydana implementation colleagues help the customer enter the information into the system, define and standardize the inputs, implement the formulas and regulations properly so that the system could be installed more quickly and the customer could benefit from the advantages of the system according to the requirements. Thanks to this process, the system is delivered to the customer faster and more easily.
